(a science fair of several thousand children and a program for young graduates to prepare for the corporate sector)

Family Planning Association (public health programs and awareness for peri-urban people)
LIVELIHOOD:
Water Literacy Foundation; NEEDS & Habitat for Humanity (rainwater harvesting in schools; creating better homes and home ownership in rural areas in a partnership between a global NGO and a local partner)

Visit to Ruins of the Vijayanagar Dynasty
Location: Hampi/Hospet, Karnataka

The Vijayanagar Dynasty was one of the greatest empires of ancient India. The kingdom’s capital at Hampi is considered to be a rare glimpse into the splendor of ancient India and the stunning architecture of the times.
